Woman charged with drug offense
A woman has been charged with a drug offense after crack cocaine was sold to a police informant. Elizabeth Sarah Miller, 28, of 221 W. Martin St., was charged with delivery of a controlled substance. Miller was taken to the Eastern Regional Jail, where she was being held on $25,000 bond.
