A Brooklyn man was arrested and charged with possession and possession with intent to distribute PCP and marijuana.
Charles Frederick Keyser, 35, pleaded guilty to possession of PCP and was sentenced to six years in jail.
The Maryland State observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of Raceway Citgo in Berlin after normal business hours and questioned the lone occupant of the vehicle, later identified as Charles Frederick Keyser, 35.
An investigation of the vehicle turned up six glass bottles containing PCP.
Keyser was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, possession of CDS with intent to distribute and possession of PCP with intent to distribute.
