Pot Dealer Guilty
One of two men arrested and charged with numerous offenses after police observed him involved in a drug deal pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute marijuana and was sentenced to a year in jail, all of which was suspended but the time he already served in jail.
The two men, later identified as Caleb R. Dixon, 22, of Crownsville, Md., and Jason Paul Mallory, 21, of Odenton, Md., were detained and a search revealed a small baggie of marijuana.
Mallory was charged with possession and possession with intent to distribute marijuana, resisting arrest, second-degree assault on an officer and making a false statement to an officer.
Dixon was charged with possession of marijuana, paraphernalia and possession with intent to distribute.
