Drug arrest Officer Earl Etting and trainee Daniel Sexton were patrolling in the 2400 block of Robb St. about 3 a.m. Tuesday when they observed a man in a parked car who appeared not to be moving. During an interview, the officers seized 26 vials of cocaine, two small plastic bags of heroin, two syringes, two glass pipes used to smoke marijuana and other drugs. Arrested and charged with multiple drug offenses was Ralph J. Scott, 39, of the 5900 block of Falkirk Road.
