Knox County warrant officers this morning arrested two men wanted on numerous charges after a foot chase among businesses off Emory Road.
William Daniel Brown, 26, of Virginia Avenue was arrested on outstanding charges of violation of probation and four counts of theft. Brown has an extensive criminal history of including charges of theft, possession of burglary tools and drug offenses.
Larry Lynn Ray, 34, of Mynatt Road charging him with five counts of theft, simple possession of marijuana, failure to appear in court and violation of probation.Ray has a criminal history that includes charges of aggravated burglary, parole violations, especially aggravated robbery and multiple thefts.
