Teacher charged with 2 drug offenses
A Muskego High School teacher has been charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as part of an arrest on suspicion of drunken driving. Frank H. Falkner, 31, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court with the two misdemeanor drug offenses. If convicted of both counts, Falkner could be sent to jail for up to nine months or fined $1,500.
