A 20-year-old Brown Deer man was arrested May 26 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance after police found a plastic film canister containing a marijuana cigarette under the passenger seat of his car. Police say they pulled the man over in the 8200 block of N. 60th St. because his car had a loud muffler and the brake lamp was broken
